The INSPIRE project is featured in the technical paper Innovative Training
Resources for Welding Education: Integrating Digital Platforms, Industrial Needs
and Immersive Learning, which explores innovative approaches to preparing
the welding workforce for emerging industrial challenges.
The paper highlights INSPIRE's contribution to the development of specialised Competence Units, technical learning resources and Augmented Reality learning experiences addressing hydrogen infrastructure inspection. It also presents the
positive outcomes of the pilot activities carried out across Europe, demonstrating
the value of industry-driven and competence-based training for hydrogen-related
applications.
Together with the Skills4EII and VRET projects, INSPIRE illustrates how innovative
learning resources are supporting the transition towards more flexible, digital and
future-ready welding education.
The presentation delivered at the IIW Annual Assembly,
highlighting the main findings of the paper, is available below. The full paper will
be published on this page as soon as it becomes available.
