In early December, the INSPIRE partnership met in Madrid for the Transnational Project Meeting (TPM)
and an intensive Train the Trainers session. A big thank you to everyone involved — it was a very
productive and hands-on meeting, with strong alignment across partners.
What We Achieved?
🔹Aligned the workplan and responsibilities for the next 6 months.
🔹Prepared the upcoming pilot trainings in Finland, Greece and Spain (target group: Welding Inspectors with an interest in hydrogen (H₂)
pipeline applications).
🔹Confirmed the final steps to publish and share INSPIRE resources on the project website: new
Competence Units (CUs), training materials, and the support guide.
During the Train the Trainers, we tested the training and support resources, collected feedback,
and reviewed the approach for quality evaluation. We also upskilled trainers on the practical use of
AR devices, ensuring readiness to implement INSPIRE training consistently across countries.
