INSPIRE: Train the Trainers: Fine-tuning INSPIRE’s Learning Resources

The INSPIRE partnership successfully organised its Train-the-Trainers / Capacity Building session, a key step in preparing the pilot implementation phase. The event brought together trainers and technical experts from all partner organisations to test, validate and refine the training materials developed under the project.

During this intensive session, participants:
🔹explored the modular framework of the updated European Welding Inspector qualification;
🔹tested the Competence Units related to hydrogen pipeline inspection;
🔹and experimented with digital and AR-based learning tools designed to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.

This collaborative activity allowed the consortium to fine-tune the content, ensuring that the pedagogical approach, structure, and technical elements were fully aligned before launching the pilot training sessions with real learners.

The Train-the-Trainers proved to be a valuable space for exchange, validation, and shared improvement among all partners.
